双臂交叉环抱型补片完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索双臂交叉环抱型补片在完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(TEP)中的可行性与优势。方法采集我院2010年3~7月应用免钉合双臂交叉环抱型补片行腹腔镜完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术11例,分析临床资料和手术视频资料。结果 11例患者(12侧)手术均成功,平均手术时间50 min,1例双侧腹股沟疝110 min。术后血清肿1例。结论免钉合双臂交叉环抱型补片在完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术中应用具有易操作,补片固定确切、无移位,无需特殊钉合或缝合固定的优点。 Objective To explore the feasibility and advantage of totally extraperitoneal prosthetic with cross-encircling arms of mesh. Methods From March 2010 to July 2010,11 patients with 12 inguinal hernias were repaired by totaliy extraperitoneal prosthetic with cross -encircling arms of mesh ( no stappling). The clinical data and surgery videos were analyzed, the surgical techniques were summarized, and the postop- erative recovery was recorded. Results All of the 11 cases were successful in TEP. The mean operative time was 50 minutes, one case of bilateral inguinal hernia was 110 minutes, and one case of seroma was found after operation. Conclusions The total extraperitoneal laparosocpic hernia repair with cross-encircling arms of mesh can be easily operated. The mesh with cross-encircling arms can be exactly fixed without stappling.
