摘要
对袋式除尘器滤袋和笼骨变形脱落至仓式泵内,造成仓式泵无法输灰和出口烟气粉尘排放浓度超标的情况进行了分析,并提出了治理措施。指出气力输灰系统的出力应大于或与布袋除尘器的除灰量匹配,消除袋式除尘器长时间处于高料位运行,避免出现除尘器笼骨弯曲和布袋破损现象。
A special analysis was made for the damage of the filter bags and the deformation of the framework that caused a dropping of them into the blow eggs, which render the emission of the stack gas exceeds the standard value even reduces the blow eggs to failure to carry the dust a- way. For this, related countermeasures were put forward accordingly. It concludes that the car- rying force for the blow-egg system shall equal to or greater than the required one of would-be re- moved amount of dust and not to operate the dust catcher at high dust level for long time as much as possible so that the deformation of the framework would not happen and less damage to the filter bags.
