菏泽地产不同规格牡丹皮药材中丹皮酚含量的研究

Study on determination of paeonol in cortex moutan from different manufacturers of Heze

目的应用高效液相色谱法对不同规格牡丹皮药材进行丹皮酚含量测定,评价不同规格牡丹皮药材丹皮酚的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:迪马C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(45∶55),检测波长:274 nm,流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果所测定牡丹皮药材丹皮酚含量都符合2010年版《中国药典》(一部)规定,但不同规格间丹皮酚含量差异较大,有的品种丹皮酚的含量接近标准规定边缘。结论不同规格的牡丹皮及其加工方法对其丹皮酚的含量影响较大。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination and evaluation of paeonol in cortex moutan from different manufacturers. Methods HPLC was performed on Dikma C ls （4.6 mm× 250 mm ,5 μm） with methanol- water（ 45： 55 ） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 274 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results Most of the samples determined conformed to the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（ 2010 edition） ,but the contents of paeonol of various batches were significantly different and some were lower than the requirement. Conclusion The different batches and processing methods had great influence on the content of paeonol in cortex moutan.
