摘要
内部诚信文化缺失是制约我国家族企业发展的瓶颈,没有制度和契约保障的诚信文化形同虚设。基于制度视角的家族企业内部诚信文化的培育途径包括:明晰内部产权配置,建立健全的法人治理结构,建立完善的激励机制,建立有效的管理制度,建立畅通的信息交流渠道,建立有效的契约机制。
The absence of interior credibility culture of enterprise is a bottleneck to restrict the development of family enterprise.Without institutional and contractual guarantee,credibility culture of enterprise is just with name only.The cultivating way based on the system view of the interior credibility culture of enterprise includes six points which are defining the property rights allocation,consummating corporate governance structure,perfecting incentive mechanism,establishing effective management system,establishing clear channel of information communication and effective contract mechanism.
