摘要
本文将金黄色葡萄球菌L型,表皮葡萄球菌L型和铜绿假单胞菌L型接种非高渗透性的和高渗透性的1640液、Eagle,s液及营养肉汤中传代培养和接种单层HeLa细胞、L型培养基及软琼脂平板等培养基中培养。结果表明葡萄球菌L型和铜绿假单胞菌L型可在非高渗透性的和高渗透性的液体培养基中传代培养,并可致HeLa细胞病变。但未能在固体或软琼脂平板培养基中形成生长现象。
L forms of staphylococcus aureus, staphylocccous epidermidis and pseudomonas aeruginosa were subcultured in non-high osmotic and high osmotic liquid media of RPMI, Eagle' sand nutritions brot h and cultured inmonolayer cultures of He Lacells, L form media and soft agar plate media and so on. The results show that L forms of staphylococcus spp. and pseudomonasaeruginosa can be subcul tured in the non-high osmotic and high osmotic liquid media and cause cyto- pathy in HeLa cells, but the growth of L forms in solid or soft agar plate me- dia can not be seen.
