摘要 在功率超声领域,夹心式压电陶瓷换能器以其出色的频率特性和机电转换性能得到了最为广泛的应用。以实际工程为例,对于给定工作频率的二分之一波长大功率夹心式压电陶瓷换能器,进行设计与参数计算。完成计算后,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件,对计算结果进行仿真及验证。 In the power ultrasound field, the sandwich piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer is widely used due to its outstanding performances of the frequency and the electro-mechanical characteristics. On the basis of actual applications, the paper presents the design and parameter calculations of 1/2 wavelength sandwich piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer with an given operating frequency The paper also has apply ANSYS, the most popular CAE software, to evaluate the results.
