摘要
本文研究了20种吉林长白山区产的真菌对HBV的抑制作用。使用体外试管法测定对HBV DNAP的抑制、细胞生物学方法及在感染乙肝病毒的幼鸭上行整体实验。结果证明:某些真菌有抑制HBV作用,以冬虫夏草及树舌作用较强。它们对HBV-DNAP抑制率可达85%,抑制PLC/PRF/5细胞分泌HBsAg作用超过50%,并能抑制鸭体内的鸭乙肝病毒(DHBV)感染。通过实验提出一种系统研究抑制HBV药物的实验方法。
Inhibitory effect of 20 kinds of Chinese fungi on HBV has been studied. These fungi produced from Changbai Mountain of Ji Lin Povience. Inhibitory HBV-DNAp test out of body, cellular biologic test and animal test using ducks infected DHBV were made. Inhibitory effect of some fungi on HBV was demonstrated. Stronger effect was found in Paecilomyces Sinensis Chen and Ganoderma App-lanatum Pat whose inhibitory rate for HBV-DNAp was over 85%. There was over 50% inhibitory effect for the secretion of HBsAg for PLC/PRF/5. These fungi could inhibit DHBV infection of ducks to a certain extent. In our study, a system atic research method of inhibitpry drugs on HBV was discussed.
