叙事研究在职业教育研究中的应用探微

摘要 叙事研究方法因其普适化的特点,受到教育工作者的青睐,在中小学教育研究中使用广泛,而在职业教育研究领域里应用较少。职业学校的学生基础相对薄弱、纪律性不强、心理承受能力稍差,班主任的工作难度较大。使用一定的策略,将叙事研究方法应用于职业教育研究中,不仅能促进师生的自觉反思、不断成长,还有利于班主任工作效率的提高,从而促进职业学校自身的发展。 Narrative research method because of its pervasive features, favored by educators, is widely used in the primary education research, but less in the vocational education research. The characteristics of students in vocational school are of thin study basics, being undisciplined and weak psychological enduring. So the class work is hard to handle. That the method of narrative research is applied to the class work in vocational school can not only promote self-reflection and growth of the teachers and students, but also improve the efficiency of the work of class teacher. And therefore, it can make the vocational school developed itself.
