摘要
成人教育课程设置是成人教育人才培养目标和质量的关键要素。随着时代的发展和科技的进步,社会对人才的知识层次和知识结构的要求不断发生变化,如何使成人教育培养的人才更加适应社会的需求,是成人教育所面临的新问题,为此,必须重视成人教育课程设置改革。
The curriculum arrangement of adult education is the key of talent cultivation target and quality. With the development of society and science, there is much change in talent＇s knowledge level and structure. How to meet the demand of society, that is the new problem we faced with. Therefore, we have to attach importance to the reformation of adult education.
