摘要
阐述了国外职教师资培养的主要途径,对目前我国"双师型"职业教育师资培训的途径进行梳理,在此基础上对具有实践经验的专业人员成为职教教师的培养途径进行研究,探讨这一过程所需的国家政策及法规上的支持。
This paper first expounds the main way of foreign vocational education teacher training, then combs the way of China of "dual-qualification " vocational education teacher training, On this basis, researches on the way of training professionals with practical experience to become vocational teachers, and discusses the support of the required national policies, laws and regulations on the process.
