摘要
运用案例研究法,对武汉职业技术学院教师队伍素质与结构进行调查、分析,归纳出该校"双师"教师队伍建设的路径基础上,深入分析高职院校"双师"教师队伍建设在管理文化、管理方法及决策模式等方面存在的问题,并提出引鉴现代人力资本理念、培育适应高职院校"双师"教师专业成长的教师文化、创建适宜"双师"教师队伍专业化发展的制度体系等展望。
Using the case analysis method, the teachers' quality and structure of ( hereinafter referred to briefly as " Wuhan Polytechnic" ) have been investigated and analysed. On the basis of summarization, we deeply analyse the existing problems in the management culture, management methods and decision-making mode of "dual-identity teachers" team construction. And we put forward the prospects of learning from modern human resource concept; cultivating teachers culture suits to vocational colleges "dual-identity teachers" development and creating a suitable system for " dual-identity teachers" professional development.
