The paper points out that the current sovereign debt crises of Europe and America is the continuous and increasing development of international financial crisis since 2008,and is still the new form of capitalist overproduction crisis;after making a brief introduction to these forms,it set forth that this crisis has great significance from three respects for us to construct and develop our socialism,suggestions and countermeasures are offered.
