从《资本论》看国际金融危机的生成和运行机制

“Das Kapital” and Formation and Operating Mechanism of International Financial Crisis

虽然西方四代金融危机理论模型在一定程度上接触到了问题的现实,但毕竟是对危机生成和运行机制的表象描述,在世界观上是唯心的,在方法论上是形而上学的。马克思在《资本论》等著作中,从不同方面对危机的生成和运行做了大量论述。笔者以马克思的立场、观点、方法为指导,沿着马克思提供的思路对当代金融危机的生成和运行机制(大体包括原生机制、动力机制、加速机制、传导机制和实现机制等)进行了深入研究。这些机制相互联系、相互作用、互为条件,形成一个有机整体,具有整体性、综合性、系统性等特征。研究当代金融危机要站在国际垄断资本主导世界经济的山巅之上,运用系统论的方法对其进行研究,力戒形而上学的表面性、片面性和均衡性。

Although the western ideal theoretical model of the fourth generational financial crisis has touched the practical problem concerned,after all it only describes the surface of the formation and operating mechanism of the crisis,so it is idealist in outlook of the world,and metaphysical in methodology.Marx had discussed formation and operation of these crisises from many different respects in great quantities in his 'Das Kapital' and other of his works.The author led by Marx' s view,stance and method,along the train of thought of Marx presents a thorough study of formation and operating mechanism of modern financial crisis,containing various systems(system of primitive,dynamic,acceleration,transmission,and implementation etc.) These systems connect each other,interact and mutually reinforce,they are forming an organic whole,and they have features of entirety,comprehensiveness and systematicness and other characteristics as well.To study modern financial crisis,one should has a clear undershanding that the entire world economy is under the control of international monopoly capital,apply system theory,and avoid metaphysic take everything into consideration.
