改革开放以来我国工业区域竞争格局演变与协同发展研究

A Study on China's Competitive landscape of Industrial Regions and Cooperative Development Since the Country Implemented Its Reform and Opening up Policies

改革开放30年来,在国家区域政策的影响下,我国工业区域竞争经历了从点到面、从局部到整体、从不平衡到相对均衡的发展历程,带动了我国工业区域布局的不断调整和完善,但同时也使我国工业区域发展出现新的差距问题。随着我国工业化进程的加快,能否完善工业区域布局,促进区域协调发展,提升工业竞争力水平,不仅关系到区域产业结构的调整与完善,而且也是影响国民经济能否又好又快发展的关键之一。本文在分析工业区域竞争格局演变的基础上,阐析了工业区域竞争的动力机制,并提出促进工业区域协调发展的对策建议。

Since the country implemented its reform and opening up policy for three decades,China's industrial regional competition experienced a series and various development progress influenced by the country 's regional development policies,it continuously promoted adjustment and improvement of distribution of industrial regions,at the same time,a new development gap are gradually emerging among different regions.With the rapid development of industralization,to improve industrial distribution,to bringing about coordinated development of all regions,and to increase industrial competitiveness,not only concern the adjustment and improvement,but also in relation to sound and fast development of national economy.The paper expounds the dynamical mechanism as well as puts forward some reference suggestions for the coordinated development based on analyzing the evolution of competitive landscape of industrial regions.
