喉罩通气全麻在老年人上肢骨折手术中的应用

Application of Larynx Mask Ventilation Anesthesia in Old Patients with Uppar Limb Fractures Surgery

目的:总结喉罩通气全麻在老年人上肢骨折手术中的应用疗效。方法:采用喉罩通气全麻治疗40例上肢骨折手术老年患者。结果:40例患者中,一次性置入喉罩36例成功,4例置入喉罩失败。结论:对老年患者行上肢骨折内固定手术应以喉罩通气全麻为首选。

Objective ：To sum up the efficacy of the larynx mask ventilation anesthesia in old patients with upper limb fractions.Methods ： Larynx mask ventilation anesthesia was applied for uper limb fractions in forty cases of old patients.Results ：Of forty eases, Success was obtained in thirty-six, failure in four cases.Conclusion ：Larynx mask is a newe ventilation passage and ventilation means between face mask and trachea catheter.It substituted for anesthesia in trachen as useful ventilation general anesthesia is a best choice in internal fixation for upper limb fractures especially for old patients because of being accompanied by cardiovascular diseases and ＇the loss of listening ability and the senile dementia to some extent frequently.
