彩色多普勒超声与数字减影血管造影对老年人下肢动脉狭窄诊断的比较 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检查对老年人下肢动脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法对比分析CDFI和数字减影血管造影(DSA)对老年人下肢动脉狭窄的检查结果。结果 66例患者中,47例患者CDFI和DSA均诊断为下肢动脉狭窄,10例患者均诊断为无狭窄;3例DSA诊断为狭窄,CDFI无狭窄;6例CDFI诊断有狭窄,DSA无狭窄。以DSA检查结果为标准,CDFI诊断下肢动脉狭窄的敏感度为94.0%(47/50),准确度为86.4%(57/66)。结论 CDFI对老年下肢动脉狭窄性病变的诊断有其独特的优越性,它与DSA检查具有很好的的一致性,可作为评估老年人下肢动脉狭窄检查的首选方法。
