摘要
非物质文化遗产传播是对其保护与传承的基础。湖北土家族"非遗"传播目前主要有大众传媒的宣传报道、政府的会节活动宣传和游客口碑传播等三种形式,并存在传播观念落后、条块分割式行政管理机制制约、传播手段落伍等三大问题。针对问题,本文提出发展土家族"非遗"传播的三大对策:制订与《遗产法》配套的实施细则、完善传播组织结构、培养"非遗"传播人才。
As the foundation of protection and inheritance on intangible cultural heritage,the transmission process of the intangible cultural heritage of Tujia minority in Hubei is engaged in three forms:mass media,festival and visitors words of mouth,along which there are also three problems:lagging ideas,inefficient administrative mechanisms and outdated means in the transmission that should be solved.This paper presents three countermeasures toward this status:formulating implementing regulations,improving the dissemination of organizational structure and training professional personnel of the intangible cultural heritage transmission.
