摘要
学习时间管理是学习者一项重要的学习策略和学习能力。本文通过对一个学习案例的分析,探讨如何在网络环境下支持学习者进行时间管理。案例分析认为,在一个成功的网络学习过程中,学习者的时间管理要靠课程的精心设计、辅导教师的"穿针引线"、必要的技术支持以及学习者的自身努力等几个方面的"综合"支持才能完成。其中,时间管理是课程教学设计的重要内容;学习者是自我时间管理的主体;教师是学习者时间管理的辅助者,同时也是其他因素、条件作用的中介;技术是网上学习环境的重要支撑,也是学习者时间管理的必要工具。
Time management is an important learning strategy as well as capability.This article reports on a case study of an online course jointly run by China Central Radio and Television University and the British Open University,with the aim of exploring learners' strategies for effective time management in the online learning environment.Findings indicate that time management is affected by several factors,including course design,tutor's scaffolding,technology support,and the learners themselves.Put specifically,time management should be integrated into instructional design,tutors should act as supporter and mediator,and technology should be utilized to facilitate time management.It is argued that of all the influencing factors,learners play a key role.
