摘要
加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis L.)是在我国分布广泛的入侵植物,其纤维素含量高。利用加拿大一枝黄花作为原料制备接枝丙烯酸钠,并对原料预处理、丙烯酸单体与纤维的比例、引发剂用量以及交联剂用量对产物吸水性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明在丙烯酸单体与纤维素的质量比为12∶1,反应温度为75℃,引发剂质量为0.1g,交联剂质量为0.0025g时,制得的高吸水性树脂吸水倍率可达到556.8g/g,其合成时间短,为加拿大一枝黄花的利用与处置寻找了新的途径。
Solidago canadensis L. (SCL.)is an exotic species in China with high content of holocellulose, which can graft as absorbent materials of significant resources. The use of Solidago canadensis grafted with sodium acrylate as raw material was studied,and then discussed the effect of the pretreatment of row materials,the ratio of acrylic monomers to SCL fibers,initiator and crosslinker of dosage on water absorbency of superabsorbent products. The ratio of acrylic acid to SCL fibers was 12:1, reaction temperature was 75 ~C,initiator content was 0. 1g and crosslinker content was 0. 0025g. Un- der the conditions, the water absorbency of resins can reach 556, 8g/g.
