琼脂糖凝胶介导的自种子微米级金纳米片的形成

摘要 在琼脂糖凝胶中自种子制备了大量边长几微米的单晶金片,琼脂糖凝胶集还原剂、保护剂和反应器为一体。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和紫外-可见(UV-vis)分光光度计对产物进行表征。探讨了微米金片的形成机理。 Single-crystalline gold microplates with the size of several and several tens of micrometers was high yield synthesized by a simple self-seeding method in agarose gel. The agarose gel was served as the reducing agent, stabilizer and reactors for the first nucleation process and the following incubating growth process. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectra were employed to systematically characterize the products. The mechamism was discussed.
