补肺颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Bufei Granules on Quality of Life in Patients with Stable Chr onic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察补肺颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法将130例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组(69例)和对照组(61例),治疗组口服补肺颗粒,对照组给予安慰剂。治疗30天后比较疗效,并根据圣乔治呼吸问卷分别对治疗前后两组患者生活质量进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为53.62%,对照组为21.31%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷各部分及总分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组圣乔治呼吸问卷呼吸症状、活动受限及总分评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),圣乔治问卷疾病影响两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肺颗粒可以明显改善COPD稳定期患者临床症状,提高COPD稳定期患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Bufei Granules （granules to supplement the lung） on quality of life （QOL） in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods Totally 130 stable COPD patients were ran- domized into treatment group of 69 cases and control group of 61 cases. The treatment group was given Bufei Granules and the control group was given placebo. The treatment course lasted for 30 days. The therapeutic effect and QOL were analyzed and assessed according to the St George＇s Respiratory Questionnaire （SGRQ） before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 53.62% and 21.31 % respectively, with significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of each part and total scores were significantly decreased in both groups according to the SGRQ （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of respiratory symptoms, limitation of activity and the total scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group according to the SGRQ （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the effect on disease between groups according to the SGRQ after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Bufei Granules could obviously relieve symptoms and improve QOL of stable COPD patients.
