烤烟品种RG12最佳种植密度和施氮量研究

摘要 为了探索烤烟新品种RG12的最佳种植密度和施氮水平,研究出适合该品种的良种与良法相配套的生产技术,为大面积推广应用提供科学依据,特进行RG12种植密度和肥料试验。结果表明,RG12的密度主效有极显著差异,以种植13 890株/hm2、规格1.2 m×0.6 m最好,与种植16 665株/hm2、规格1.0 m×0.6 m和种植15 150株/hm2、规格1.1 m×0.6 m有极显著差异;RG12的肥料主效有极显著差异,以施纯氮60 kg/hm2最好,与施纯氮30 kg/hm2和施纯氮45 kg/hm2有极显著差异;密度和肥料的互作极显著,以种植13 890株/hm2、规格1.2 m×0.6 m、施纯氮60 kg/hm2和种植13 890株/hm2、规格1.2 m×0.6 m、施纯氮45 kg/hm2组合表现较好,两者间差异不显著。说明RG12烤烟是一个较耐肥的烤烟品种,适当稀植、适当增加肥料,能增产增收。 In order to explore the best density and level of nitrogen for new varietie tobacco RG12 cultivation, sutiable seed and production technology with the good method were researched, to provide scientific basis for wide application and promotion. Plant density and fertilizer trials experiment of RGI2 was carried out. The result showed that the main effect of density was significant, the best planting density was 13 890 plant per hectare, 1.2 m× 0.6 m;which has very significant difference wih 16 665 plant per hectare, 1.0 mx 0.6 m and 15 150 plant per hectare, 1.1 m× 0.6 m. The main effect of N application level was significant, 60 kg N per hectare was the best, which has very significant difference wih 30 kg N per hectare and 45 kg N per hectare. The associate effect between density and fertilizer were very significant. The group of 13 890 plant per hectare, 1.2 m×0.6 m, 60 kg N per hectare and 13 890 plant per hectare, 1.2 m×0.6 m, 45 kg N per hectare have good effect, no significant difference between them. RG12 is a fertilizer tolerance tobacco varietie, and when planted thinly, increase fertilizer application appropriately can increase income.
