摘要
试验证明,光抑制灵芝[Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.)Karst.]菌丝体生长;灵芝子实体生长的最适光强为0.04cal/cm^2.min,产孢最适光强为0.08cal/cm^2.min;黄光(550~600um)处理之子实体产量最高,单株干重达11.89g;蓝光(450~500nm)处理之孢子产量最高,单株干重达5.25g。
Our research has proved that lights showedinhibiting effect on the growth of hyphae ofGanoderma lucidum. The optimum light inten-sity for its fructification growth and rele-asing spore were 0.04 cal/cm^2·min and 0.08cal/cm^2·min respectively. However, theoptimum light quality for obtaining high yieldof fructification (11.89g per strain) and spores(5.25g per strain) were yellow light and bluelight respectively.
