摘要
采用连续流的缺氧/厌氧/缺氧/好氧中试反应器处理深圳市布吉城镇河道污水,考察了不同季节时对COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的去除效果,以期为处理布吉河道污水的新建污水处理厂提供运行参数。中试结果表明,在夏季降雨期,当进水COD为36.4~195.5 mg/L、总氮为13.7~29.5 mg/L时,出水值分别为(22.7~87.9)和(10.5~19.2)mg/L,平均去除率分别为72.1%和26.0%;在冬季枯水期,当进水COD为168.0~317.1 mg/L、总氮为33.0~41.0 mg/L时,出水值分别为(20.2~58.0)和(13.0~22.5)mg/L,平均去除率分别为84.7%和51.4%。当进水氨氮为9.38~39.02 mg/L时,出水值为0.01~8.01 mg/L,平均去除率为96.3%,在恢复运行期出水氨氮浓度达到稳定所需时间为COD和总氮的3倍左右。进水TP为1.04~5.58 mg/L,出水TP平均为0.97 mg/L。当聚合氯化铝投加量为15 mg/L时,出水总磷平均值进一步降低至0.30 mg/L,去除率为91.5%,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。
A continuous-flow anoxic/anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic process was used in a pilot-scale reactor for treatment of Shenzhen Buji River sewage. The removal efficiency of COD, NH; - N, TN and TP in different seasons was measured to provide operating parameters for a new wastewater treatment plant. During the summer rainy season, when the influent COD and TN were 36.4 to 195.5 mg/L and 13.7 to 29.5 mg/L, the effluent concentrations were 22.7 to 87.9 mg/L and 10.5 to 19.2 mg/L, re- spectively. The average removal rates were 72.1% and 26.0% respectively. During the winter dry sea- son, when the influent COD and TN were 168.0 to 317.1 mg/L and 33.0 to 41.0 mg/L, the effluentconcentrations were 20.2 to 58.0 mg/L and 13.0 to 22.5 mg/L, respectively. The average removal rates were 84.7% and 51.4% respectively. When the influent NH4+ - N was 9.38 to 39.02 mg/L, the efflu- ent concentration was 0.01 to 8.01 mg/L, and the average removal rate was 96.3%. Time to reach sta- ble concentration was about three times higher for effluent ammonia than for COD and TN during the pilot- scale reactor recovery operation period. When the influent TP was 1.04 to 5.58 rag/L, the average efflu- ent concentration was 0.97 mg/L. When 15 mg/L of PAC was dosed into the reactor, the average efflu- ent TP was reduced to 0.30 mg/L, and the average removal rate was increased to 91.5%. The results reached the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 -2002)
