源水区域突发性柴油污染事故的应急处理

Emergency Treatment of Sudden Diesel Pollution Incident in Water Source Area

针对一次突发性柴油污染事故,介绍了当泄漏柴油流入饮用水保护区域后,绵阳市供水企业及政府相关职能部门所采取的应急处理过程、方法和措施。简述了采用物理回收方法处理柴油污染的过程,分析了粉末活性炭自动投加装置在应对油类污染中的作用,以此作为处理同类污染事故的参考和依据。

Taking a sudden diesel pollution incident for example, the emergency treatment process and methods taken by water supply enterprises and government agencies in Mianyang City after diesel was leaked into the drinking water protection area were discussed. Proper emergency measures that water sup- ply enterprises and government agencies should take to treat the diesel pollution incident were introduced. The physical recovery process in diesel pollution treatment was described, and the role of automatic do- sing device for powdered activated carbon to treat oil pollution was analyzed. The conclusions provide ref- erence for dealing with similar pollution incidents.
