摘要
本文研究了吲哚美辛(消炎痛)微型灌肠剂的制备及与栓剂在家兔体内的相对生物利用度,认为微型灌肠剂是消炎痛较理想的剂型。
The relative bioavailability of indomethacinin the form of microenema on preparation andsuppositories was studied in rabbits. The re-sults showed that the bioavailability of micro-enema is better than that of suppositories. Themicroenema is a useful dosage form forindomethacin.
