LCD诊断调试系统的设计

摘要 本设计主要是为LCD量产环节中提供一个低成本,轻巧灵活,可靠性好,通用性强,人机接口友善的且便于大量生产应用的电子系统。在本系统设计中,将主要运用Altera系列开发平台和核心FPGA,并且使用Verilog为编程语言。本系统的设计核心为FPGA硬件编程,通过工程师简单的硬件编程下载,由FPGA为下游生产央具以及LCD产品产生输出符合规格要求的信号波形,从而点亮LCD产品并且显示供操作员检测所需的图形,从而达到诊断与调试的目的。 This design is going to provide an electronic system for LCD mass production with low cost ,small size,robostness,generality ,user-friendly interface. During the design of the system,the Altera development platform is mainly used with its core FPGA chip.Also,the Verilog is selected as the program language. The core of this system is the herdware prograxnming of FPGA. With the easy engineering programming and downloading, the FPGA will provide the required signal waveforrn to the down strain tooling and LCD,so that the LCD will be powered on and display the image for operators'inspection and debug. The purpose of testing and debug is accomplished.
