国产氟啶酸片的生物利用度评价

Evaluation of bioavailability of enoxacin tablets

本文以家兔为实验对象,氟啶酸混悬液为参比制剂,用血药浓度法对国产氟啶酸片的生物利用度进行了研究,其K_a、K、t(1/2)、Tmax、Cmax及相对生物利用度分别为0.8h^(-1);O.126h^(-1);5.sh;2.2h;33.49μg/ml和95.2%。

The plasma drug concentration was studied inrabbits by determining. The relative bioavailability ofenoxacin tablets produced in China was evaluated bycomparison with equlpotent suspension of the drug.The results showed that the pharmacokinetic parame-ters the values of Ka, K, T, Cmax and relative bioa-vailability were 0.8h^(-1), 0.126h^(-1), 5.5h, 2.2h, 33.49μg/mland 95.2% respectively.
