摘要
本文研究了用不同规格的EVA材料(EVA14/5,EVA30/10,EVA30/50~80)制成的膜对东莨菪碱释放的控释作用,并且将无控释的贮库层与用EVA14/5膜及聚丙烯微孔膜控释的贮库层释放药物的速率进行比较,结果EVA14/5膜与聚丙烯微孔膜都有很好的控释作用,两者无显著差异。实验结果表明,以聚异丁烯、液状石蜡、EVA14/5等为主要材料制成的东莨菪碱贴片能够平稳透皮释药72h以上,平稳时(16h后)透皮速率相当国外同类产品的89%。经家兔皮肤刺激性实验证明,东莨菪碱贴片对皮肤无明显刺激性。
The control effect of the membrane made of dif-ferent standards of EVA materials (EVA14/5, EVA30/10, EVA30/50--80) on release rate of scopolamine wasstudied, and the release rates of uncontrolled reservo-ir, EVA14/5 membrane controlled reservoir and mic-roporous polypropylene membrane controlled reservoirwere compared each other. The results show that bothEVA14/5 membrane and microporous polypro-pylene membrane were well-controlled effect andthere was no significant difference between them.Scopolamine patch made of the membrane of EVA14/5 can release scopolamine at a constant rate for morethan 72 hours.
