Determination of Saikosaponin a in Chaihu Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定柴胡片中柴胡皂苷a含量的方法。方法:样品经70%甲醇超声提取后,采用HPLC法测定柴胡片中柴胡皂苷a的含量,使用C18色谱柱,乙睛-水(35:65)为流动相.检测波长208nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:柴胡皂苷a线性范围1.005～9.045μg,相关系数r=0.99964,平均回收率98.92%。结论:样品处理方法合理,方法学考察符合定量要求,结果准确,可用于柴胡片中柴胡皂苷a的含量测定。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Saikosaponin a in Chaihu Tablets. Methods： 70% methanol ultrasound samples extracted, using HPLC Modified Chaihu Tablets Saikosaponin a content,the use of C18, acetonitrile ＇water（35： 65） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 208nm. the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1.Results：Saikosaponin a linear range of 1. 005 -9. 045p, g,the correlation coefficient r = 0. 99964,the average recovery rate of 98. 92%. Conclusion： Sample reasonable approach, methodology study with quantitative requirements, and accuracy of the results that can be used Chaihu Tablets Saikosapanin a Determination.
