摘要
本文报道了中药防风及其8种地区习用防风的薄层分离及薄层扫描图谱的差别。
The Chinese Drug Fangfeng specified in the Chi-nese pharmacopoeia is the root of Saposhnikovia divari-cata (Turcz.) Schischk., family umbelliferae. The rootsof 8 other umbelliferous plants are also used as Fang-feng in parts of China. This paper reports the methodsof preparation and observation of the thin-layer chro-matograms for the differentiation of methanolic andethyl acetate extracts of the roots of the above 9 plants.Both the hand-drawn thin-layer chromatograms andthose recorded with a Shimadzu TLC scanner are alsopresented.
