感冒清热口服液的工艺研究

Study on Process of Ganmaoqingre Oral Liquid

目的:研究感冒清热口服液的工艺。方法:对处方中的挥发性成分荆芥穗、薄荷、紫苏叶进行了挥发油提取条件的研究。以加水量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间为三因素,采用正交设计试验方法对提油后的三味药材同防风等其它八味药的混煎工艺进行筛选,以确定最佳工艺参数;同时,对混煎工艺中的浓缩密度,配剂前加入矫味剂蔗糖的浓度,表面活性剂吐温-80的用量以及处方中防腐剂山梨酸钾的用量进行了研究,以确定最佳工艺条件。结论:依据原部颁标准项下的感冒清热口服液处方,并参照药典中感冒清热颗粒项下的制法研究出了感冒清热口服液的工艺。

Objective：To investigate the Ganmaoqingre Oral Liquid process.Methods：The prescription of volatile components Nepeta ear,mint,basil leaves for the study of volatile oil extraction conditions.To add water,boiling times,boiling time for the three factors,orthogonal design test method for oil extraction with the wind after the shamisen and other medicinal drugs mixed fried Bawei screening process to determine the optimum process parameters;Meanwhile,the concentration process in the mixed fried density,dispensing flavoring agent is added before the concentration of sucrose,Tween-80 surfactant amount and prescription amount of preservative potassium sorbate was studied to determine the optimum process conditions.Conclusion：Based on the original under the ministerial standard of Ganmaoqingre Oral Liquid,Ganmaoqingre Granules with reference to the pharmacopoeia under the system of oral law developed a Ganmaoqingre Oral Liquid process.
