面齿轮蜗杆砂轮的双参数平面修整法

摘要 阐述了直齿面齿轮蜗杆砂轮的双参数平面修整法的原理,并根据其修整运动建立了相应坐标系,由平面方程推导出了蜗杆砂轮的齿面方程,然后根据单参数包络法,获得了齿轮刀具展成的蜗杆砂轮的齿面方程,并对蜗杆砂轮的齿廓曲面进行了仿真;两种方法得到的蜗杆砂轮齿面方程是一致的,这说明平面修整蜗杆砂轮的方法理论上是可行的。
