摘要 高速加工过程中,由电机生热及滚动轴承的摩擦生热而引起的电主轴的温升及热变形是影响加工中心精度的关键因素。对高速加工中心电主轴的热态特性进行了分析研究,详细论述了电主轴内部两大热源的生机理以及电主轴单元的传热机理。最后总结并提出了改善电主轴单元热态特性的措施。 During high speed machining, the excessive temperature rise and thermal deformation in the motorized spindle caused by thermal expansion of the motor and friction of rolling bearings are the key factors affecting the accuracy of machining centers. In this paper, we have investigated by theoretical analysis in details the thermal properties of the motorized spindle, heat generate mechanisms and internal heat transfer mechanisms. In the end we put forward the measure to improve the thermal properties of the motorized spindle.
