摘要
针对阜新地产低品质粉煤灰和石灰石粉,采用试验分析的方法全面系统地研究了低品质粉煤灰和石灰石粉复掺混凝土的性能。结果表明,超细石灰石粉能提高混凝土早期强度并显著改善其工作性能,粉煤灰则能有效提高混凝土后期强度并改善其耐久性能,通过物理活化、采用低水胶比和外掺超细石灰石粉,低品质粉煤灰同样可以制备出高性能混凝土,为建筑业的可持续发展开辟了一个大宗利用低品质粉煤灰的有效途径。
Aiming at low-quality fly ash and limestone powder of Fuxin, comprehensive research to influence of low-quality fly ash and limestone powder on mixed concrete performance was done by method of experimental analysis. Result shows that super-fine limestone powder can enhance early strength of concrete and improve its workability remarkably, fly ash can enhance long-term strength of concrete and improve its durability, low- quality fly ash can also produce high-performance concrete by physical activation, low water to binder ratio and mixing super-fine limestone powder. The research inaugurate an effective approach to utilize substantial low-quality fly ash for sustainable development of construction industry
