脉石英反浮选制备高纯石英砂技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 考察了捕收剂种类、用量、混合捕收剂配比及浓度等因素对某脉石英砂除杂提纯效果的影响。结果表明,采用混合捕收剂反浮选,除铁提纯效果较理想,优化的工艺参数如下:粗选时矿浆pH值为5,矿浆质量分数为20%,捕收剂丙撑二胺用量为80g/t,起泡剂2#油用量为75g/t;精选时矿浆pH值为9,矿浆质量分数为20%,石油磺酸钠和辛基羟肟酸按4∶1质量配比,用量为150g/t,起泡剂2#油用量为75g/t。最终石英砂精矿杂质元素总量为99.01μg/g,其去除率为53.96%,元素Fe和Al除去率分别为84.15%和37.50%。 The effects of some factors,such as the types and dosage of collector,mixed collector ratio and concentration,were investigated on the effect of the quartz impurity purification.The results showed that the reverse flotation method used in collector could achieve a significant effect on the iron purification.The optimizing process parameters are: the pH value 5,20% of flotaton pulp density,80 g/t collector(diamine) and 75 g/t foaming agent 2#oil as roughing,the pulp pH value 9,20% of flotation pulp density,150 g/t collector(m(petroleum sulfonate)∶m(octyl hydroxamic acid) = 4∶ 1) and 75 g/t foaming agent 2# oil as cleaning.99.01 μg/g of total amount of impurities were obtained,compared with the raw materials,53.96% removal of the total impurities elements were achieved and the removal of elements Fe and Al are 84.15% and 37.50% respectively.
