摘要
对安徽某地脉石英岩矿物,经破碎、磨矿、筛分并用强磁选机选别后获得石英砂样品。利用微波对石英砂进行预处理,采用阴/阳离子捕收剂进行反浮选,可提高石英砂中含铝矿物的去除率,制备出品位为99.87%、Al含量低至8mg/kg的石英精砂。
Quzrtz sand samples were obtained when vein quartzite mineral in Anhui province treated with crushing, grinding, screening and strong magnetic separation. Microwave preprocessing of quartz sand and then anionic/cationic of collector reversing flotation quartz can enhance the removal rate of aluminum-containing mineral, quartz concentrate with grade of 99.87% and content of Al 8 mg/kg was prepared.
