L-选择素在肝癌细胞株HepG2中的表达

Expression of L-selectin in HepG2 cell line of hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:观察L-选择素在人正常肝细胞株(L-02)和人肝癌细胞株(HepG2)中的表达。方法:应用RT-PCR法检测肝癌细胞株HepG2、正常肝细胞株L-02中L-选择素mRNA表达情况;应用流式细胞术检测HepG2细胞、L-02细胞中L-选择素的蛋白表达。结果:L-选择素mRNA在HepG2细胞中有表达,而在正常肝细胞株L-02细胞中无表达;HepG2细胞L-选择素的表达量为(10.09±0.51)%,而在L-02细胞中则无表达。结论:L-选择素在HepG2细胞中有表达而在L-02细胞中不表达。

Objective：To observe the expression of L-selectin in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line（HepG2） and human normal liver cell line（L-02）. Methods：The gene mRNA and protein expression levels of L-selectin in HepG2 and L-02 were detected by RT-PCR and flow cytometry respectively. Results：The mRNA expression of L-selectin gene was found in HepG2 cells,but not in L-02 cells,the protein expression of L-selectin in HepG2 cells was（10.09±0.51）%,but not in L-02 cells. Conclusions：In gene and protein levels,L-selectin can express in HepG2 but not in L-02.
