影响亲水凝胶骨架系统中药物释放的因素 被引量:9

Factors Affecting Drug Release from Sustained Release Hydrophilic Matrices

摘要 近年来利用骨架系统调节药物释放成为口服缓控释技术的研究热点之一,而亲水性聚合物在缓释骨架的制备中得到了广泛的使用。概述亲水凝胶骨架系统中药物释放的影响因素,包括药物、聚合物、处方和制备过程等,以期为优化亲水凝胶缓释骨架的处方和制备工艺提供参考。 Recently the development of oral sustained release formulations has focused on the matrix systems,and hydrophilic polymers have been widely used in the preparation of matrix systems to control the release rate of drugs.Factors affecting drug release from the hydrophilic matrices,which include drug,polymer,formulation,and manufacturing process were summarized,so as to provide references for optimizing the sustained release formulations based on hydrophilic matrices.
