双波长系数倍率法测定万应锭中小檗碱的研究

Dual-wavelength k-ratio spectrophotometric determination of berberine in Wanying Ding

甲醇提取样品,经中性氧化铝柱层析后,利用双波长系数倍率法,消除了对测定成分的干扰,对样品中小檗碱进行了测定.结果满意。并对双波长系数倍率法的两种求K系数和工作曲线的方法进行了比较。

Methyl alcohol was used to extract the sample,the extract was passed through a neutral alumin-um oxide column. Dualwavelength k-ratio spectropho-tometry was successfully used to eliminate the inter-ference of other ingredients in the determination ofberberine in the sample. Evaluating k-ratio and analy-tical working curve were compared in dual-wave-length k-ratio spectrophotometry.
