摘要
提出了在政府指导下整合物流行业和物流金融业务,从而为物联网环境下物流金融的业务活动提供基础和支撑,然后基于采购、生产、存货及销售等环节谈论物流金融业务的发展,最后提出了物流金融的风险管理措施,以降低或规避因提供物流金融服务创新而产生的风险,提高双方的资金利用效率。
The paper proposes that the government should take a leading role in the integration of the logistics industry and logistics financial businesses,discusses the development of logistics financial businesses in connection with such links as purchasing,production,storage and sales,etc.,and finally presents suggestions for managing risks in logistics finance.
