摘要
首先从企业的中间层组织理论角度分析煤炭交易市场中的中间层组织存在的必要性和作用;其次,分析目前我国煤炭交易市场现状、中间层组织在煤炭交易中存在的问题,主要有:(1)煤炭交易市场体系不完善;(2)中间层组织有潜在的"敲竹杠"行为;(3)监管缺位,中饱私囊现象严重;最后针对中间层运营中存在的问题,为更好地发挥中间层组织在煤炭交易中的作用提出相应的建议。
The paper first analyzes the necessity and function of the intermediary bodies in the coal market from a theoretical per- spective and then reveals through analysis the current status of the coal market of China and the problems faced by the intermediary or- ganizations in coal transaction, mainly including （1） non-optimal market system in coal transaction; （2） possible racketeering committed by the intermediary organizations; （3） lack of efficient supervision and rampant misappropriation and misuse for one＇ s own end. At the end, in view of these problems, the paper proposes the corresponding suggestions for the intermediary organizations to better play their role in coal transaction.
