摘要
在充分调研分析的基础上,结合综合型物流企业发展的现状和趋势,依据国家相关法规、政策和技术标准,遵循客观性、公正性、规范性、可实施性的原则,从物流行业管理部门的角度,构建了一套基于活动过程并体现企业社会责任和客户服务的综合型物流企业诚信评价指标体系;应用DHGF集成法,确定了各项指标权重和评估灰类,针对具体的综合型物流企业计算了其诚信评价得分。
In this paper,we have formulated an index system for evaluating the integrity of comprehensive logistics enterprises that is process-based and can reflect the social responsibility and customer service of the enterprises and then,using DHGF integration,ascertains the weights and grayness of the index,and applies the model to the evaluation of a specific logistics enterprise.
