摘要
针对家电产品退换货流程和现状,建立了一个由供应商、制造商、零售商及消费者组成的闭环供应链超网络,并用变分不等式分析了其各层节点的独立决策行为及整个闭环供应链网络达到均衡的条件和最优解,得到了合理的交易量和交易价格,最后通过仿真实例,对模型进行了验证。
In view of the current status and operational process of the return and replacement of home appliances,the paper establishes a closed-loop supply chain super-network composed of suppliers,manufacturers,retailers and consumers and uses variation inequality formulation to analyze the independent decision behaviors of the nodal points on different layers of the super-network as well as the condition and optimum solution for the super-network to reach equilibrium,obtaining the reasonable price and volume of transaction.Finally an empirical simulation is used to test the model.
