摘要
在分析应急物流网络可靠性内涵和影响因素的基础上,提出应急物流网络可靠性的定义及其度量方法。以"总缺货量最少"和"运输成本最小"为目标,构建应急物资调配的多目标优化模型,并提出模型的求解算法及其实现方法。借助LINDO软件进行实例计算,运行结果表明,多目标优化模型得到的调配方案能够在减小运输成本的情况下,保证应急物流网络可靠度水平维持在可接受范围内,比传统的物资调配方法更具有经济价值和可操作性。
The paper proposes the definition of reliability of emergency logistics network and methods for its measurement. When with minimum shortage and transportation cost as the dual objectives, it formulates the emergency material dispatching optimization model and develops the algorithm for the solution of the model as well as the method for its realization. At the end, using the program LINGO, the paper carries out an empirical study which demonstrates that the multi-objective modelis of higher economic value and operability than traditional methods ofmaterialdispatching.
