摘要
通过借鉴前人研究的职业胜任力及学生评价的相关指标,科学地选取了25项指标,应用层次分析法构建了报关与国际货运专业学生职业胜任力评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查、企业访谈,最后计算得出各项准则和具体指标的权重与排序。
From the related index from previous studies on professional competence and student evaluation,the paper picks 25 of them and uses AHP to establish an evaluation index system of the professional competence of the customs declaration and international forwarding majors.then through questionnaire survey,it determines the weight and ranking of the various rules and index.
