摘要
设计了基于新型SVPWM算法(空间矢量脉宽调制算法)的高性能工业缝纫机系统方案。首先通过对控制系统中新型SVPWM算法的分析,利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对该系统进行了全面的仿真分析。所得的仿真结果与理论分析结果一致,验证了该设计方案的可行性。然后针对工业缝纫机,设计了基于DSP TMS320F2812的实际系统。系统采用一定的控制策略,实现了调速及准确定位等功能。实验表明该系统转矩脉动小,机械噪声低,动态响应较好,满足缝纫机的性能要求。
System program of new SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) for high-performance industry sewing machine is presented. Firstly by analyzing the theory of new SVPWM in the system,the system is simulated and analyzed fully and practically by means of MATLAB/Simulink. The validity of the proposed technique is verified by simulation results, which is consistent with the theoretical results. Then in allusion to industry sewing machine,the real control system is programmed based on the DSP TMS320F2812. The performance of speed adjustment and position location is achieved by using some regulators in the system. The experimental results show that the system has small torque pulsation, low mechanical noise and good dynamic response and it can satisfy the performance requirement of the sewing machine.
