汽轮机组突发性振动故障的诊断与处理

Diagnosis and Management Method of Sudden Vibration Failure of Steam Turbine

针对国产某330MW机组在首次冲转过程中#2瓦、#3瓦振动瞬间增大,在现场进行了数据采集及分析,并诊断出振动特点和原因,成功消除了机组振动,使其顺利达到工作转速。文中给出的该种振动故障的振动特征、分析方法可为现场类似故障的分析处理提供参考。

This paper aimed at the deep reason of the #2 watt,#3 watt’s vibration went up tremendously,when domestic 300 MW steam turbine first rolling,had a data acquisition,analyzed and diagnosed the causes of tiling in the field,then successfully got rid of the vibration of steam turbine and made its can be achieved operating speed more easily.The paper outlined the vibration characteristics and analytical method of the vibration failure,and also gave a reference to analyze and process similar vibration failure.
