摘要
真诚领导是指一种把领导者的积极心理能力与高度发展的组织情境结合起来发挥作用的过程。真诚领导也是一种自我状态的肯定,蕴含着深厚的伦理学、经济学、法学、心理学、社会学基础,强调自我发展、重视自信、积极情绪、信任等非认知性变量的作用,但是其概念和构成会受到不同国家文化的影响,不同文化之间所产生的差异需要作进一步的研究。文章在梳理国内外真诚领导相关文献基础上,总结了真诚领导的内涵,介绍了真诚领导的测量,阐述了真诚领导的前因变量和结果变量,最后评述了真诚领导的研究现状,并指出了真诚领导未来的研究方向。
Sincere leadership is to point to a positive mental ability and leader of the high development of the organization situation combined the role of process. Sincere leadership is also a kind of ego state affirmation, contains a profound ethics, economics, law, psychology, sociology foundations, stressed self development, pay great attention to the confident, positive emotions, trust of cognitive function of variables, but the concept and form will be affected by the influence of different national culture, between different cultures the difference between the need for further research. The article in the related literature at home and abroad sincerely comb leadership, based on the connotation of the leadership summed up the sincere, this paper introduces the leadership of the sincere measurement, this paper expounds the leadership of the sincere antecedent and results variables, the last reviewed the research status of sincere leadership, and points out the sincere leadership the future direction of the research.
