薄芝糖肽对肺炎患儿短期体液免疫调节的研究

摘要 目的:了解薄芝糖肽注射液对社区获得性肺炎患儿体液免疫的调节作用与药物功效。方法:对2011年1月至2011年6月我院儿科病房儿童社区获得性肺炎住院67例患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组36例,对照组31例,两组均在治疗前后查免疫6项,包括免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C(3C3)、补体C(4C4)、C反应蛋白(CRP)共6项观察指标。用药前两组数据对照无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组常规予抗生素、止咳、化痰等对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上予薄芝糖肽注射液2ml加适量5%葡萄糖静脉滴注;疗程7天后复查。两组治疗前后结果做t检验对比。结果:两组自身前后对比:治疗组IgM增多变化有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01),CRP减少有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01);另外4项指标对比统计学差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组仅CRP减少有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.01),余5项指标前后对比无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:薄芝糖肽注射液短期有显著提高社区获得性肺炎患儿的IgM的作用,对IgA、IgG、C3、C4调节的差异无显著统计学意义。两组CRP前后对比差异均有非常显著统计学意义,仅反映临床治疗效果良好,抗感染有效。说明薄芝糖肽对提高社区获得性肺炎患儿体液免疫、促进IgM合成有积极意义,有利于患儿病情康复。 Objective: Bozhi glycopeptide injection for community-acquired pneumonia humoral immune regulation. Method : From January 2011 to June 2011 in our hospital pediatric wards of children hospitalized with community-acquired pneumonia in 67 cases were randomly divided into two groups and the control group to observe the group of 36 patients in the control group of 31 patients in both groups before and after treatment investigation immune six, including immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), complement C3 (C3), complement C4 (C4), C-reactive protein (CRP) were 6 observed. Results Be- fore and after treatment to do t-test comparison. Results:Groups themselves before and after comparison: The treatment group IgM increased changes are very significant (P〈0.01), CRP reduction has a very significant (P〈0.01); the other four indicators compared statistically not signif- icant (P〉 0.05) . Control group, only CRP has a very significant decrease (P〈0.01), more than five indicators before and after statistically not significant. Conclusion:Bozhi glycopeptide injection significantly increased the short-term community-acquired pneumonia in children with IgM role of IgA, IgG, C3, C4 adjust statistically significant difference. Significant difference between the two groups were compared before and after CRP ~~as significant only reflect good clinical outcomes. Description Bozhi glycopeptide to improve community-acquired pneumonia in children humoral immunity, and promote a positive IgM synthesis, is conducive to rehabilitation of children with the disease.
